What we collect

When you connect an Instagram Professional account, ReplySprout processes the account ID and username, access authorization, selected post or Reel IDs, automation keywords, destination links, eligible comment IDs and text, and delivery results. We also process basic security and service logs.

How we use it

We use this information only to connect your account, detect comments that match rules you create, send the requested private message and public confirmation, prevent duplicate sends, show basic delivery metrics, secure the service, and troubleshoot failures.

Sharing

We send the information required to provide the service to Meta through its official Instagram API and to infrastructure providers that host ReplySprout. We do not sell personal information or use Instagram data for advertising.

Storage and security

Access tokens are protected and are not shown to other ReplySprout users. We limit access to operational data and retain it only for service operation, security, legal obligations, and resolving delivery issues.

Your choices

You can pause an automation or disconnect Instagram access. You may request access to or deletion of your ReplySprout data by following our data deletion instructions.
