The service

ReplySprout lets an authorized Instagram Professional account owner create keyword rules that reply to eligible comments and send requested links through Meta’s official Instagram API.

Your responsibilities

You must have authority to connect the account and send the configured messages. Use ReplySprout only for lawful, relevant responses that users reasonably expect. Do not use it for spam, deception, harassment, prohibited goods, or repeated unsolicited commercial messages.

Platform rules

Your use remains subject to Instagram and Meta terms and policies. Meta may limit or interrupt API functionality. You are responsible for the content and destination links you configure.

Availability

The service may change or be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, authorization expiry, or platform enforcement. Delivery indicators show provider responses and do not guarantee that a recipient reads or acts on a message.

Ending use

You may disconnect the account and request deletion at any time. We may suspend access that threatens users, the service, or platform compliance.
