Delete your ReplySprout data
First, revoke ReplySprout in Instagram under Settings and activity → Website permissions → Apps and Websites. This immediately stops ReplySprout from using your Instagram authorization.
To delete data stored by ReplySprout, email privacy@getreplysprout.com.
- Your connected Instagram username
- The words “delete my ReplySprout data”
We may ask you to reconnect the Instagram account briefly to verify ownership. After verification, we delete the stored authorization, sessions, automation rules, comment processing records, and delivery metrics associated with that Instagram account. We will confirm completion by email.
Instagram conversations
ReplySprout now displays incoming messages and replies sent through the app. Conversation records are retained for up to 30 days. You can delete stored message text from the conversation screen. This does not delete messages in Instagram.
