Billing without Instagram

View payment records or cancel a subscription using the email you entered at checkout. You do not need to reconnect Instagram.

Paid plans are not open yet. This page explains how billing access will work once real payments are available.

1. Use your purchase email

On Creem, enter the email address used for your purchase. Open the secure sign-in link sent to that inbox.

Find your ReplySprout purchase to view payment records or manage your subscription. Canceling renewal is separate from requesting a refund.

Message allowances and automatic replies stay in your ReplySprout workspace. The payment portal does not show your DM balance.

Cannot find a purchase? Contact support with your purchase email and receipt reference. Never send passwords or card details.
